Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of the following:

12 Pull-Ups
10 KettleBell Swings

If you do not have kettlebells, substitute a dumbbell of a comfortable denomination. If you cannot do pull-ups substitute with jumping pull-ups or negatives.

I think Jake has the record again on this one coming in at 12 rounds. He’s our little stud boy.
