100 45lb Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls
100 45lb Thrusters
100 45lb Squat Cleans
100 45lb Windshield Wipers (laying on your back hold the bar at the extended bench press position, raise your legs in the air to a 90 degree angle and rotate them left to right hitting the ground everytime. This is a two count exercise, each time you hit the ground you count a rep.)
Do this for time. Go!
