Manson got tough and did this one as his first workout in the Lombardy Gym

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

15 135lb Fat Bar Deadlifts

You can substitute a managable dumbell for the KB swings. To make a Fat Bar wrap a thick towel around a barbell and grip it when you lift.

Brandon has the team record with this one at 9 rounds.
