Some of you may have got up this morning, looked outside, and realized it was snowing. Next thing on your mind may have been “Pssh, I bet the Byrd park workout is off. They wouldn’t hold a workout outside when it’s 30 degrees and snowing. Isn’t it spring yet anyways?”
Sorry guys, but we were out there. We were tossing around kettlebells and squeezing out push-ups with chunks of melting snow falling on our heads. And we had fun doing it.
