Because so many new people are coming out back, we have decided to put into effect a few changes to help us better manage the workouts.
1) We will be starting workouts at 4:30pm from now on, instead of at 5:30pm. If you can come at 4:30 or 5:00, please do!
2) Workouts will be started every 30 minutes. If you come a few minutes after a workout has begun, you’ll have plenty of time to warm up, work on skills, or possibly do a lift.
This week will be a trial run on the new system, but I think things will be much less hectic. See everybody out back.
