As promised, we have rigged up a workout for the day. I encourage everyone to do it and post times to the comments section:
“Tabata Gone Bad”
8 Tabata intervals of each (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest):
– Four-Count Flutter Kicks
– Jumping Squats
Score = total number of reps.
Here is a nice little tool for keeping track of your time if you are near a computer.
