I saw this on TV and I just couldn’t pass on the link. Jake has a little project on the side that he’s been working on, Body By Jake (end joke). Alright, so it’s not really a side project, but as CrossFitters who work out at an affiliated space, do at-home gyms or globogyms still have their uses?
