– We had lots of great Nancy times yesterday. If you aren’t posting your times to the comments, we hope that you are keeping a log book! We (you) can’t track your progress unless you are writing it down. At its core, CrossFit is a performance based program, keep track of your successes!
Feel free to post your times, weight loads, nuggets of knowledge, or whatever else you happen to find interesting on the interwebs. Above all, don’t be ashamed of any of your performances, we love seeing you out at the space getting better every day. – One last thing for you guys and gals here, our open house/cookout is coming up in T-4 days. Free workouts, free food, free beer. That sounds like a pretty complete Saturday to me. Bring your friends and family to see what it’s all about.
