Welcome back from your 3 day weekend. In honor of that extra rest day, here’s an article on the necessity of rest. If you think about it, rest and recovery make up a very important half of exercise. The harder you train, the harder you should lounge every now and again. That means watch some tv, play some video games, or get some more sleep (you are getting at least 8 hours a night, right?). I wanted to give you all a break from the nutrition posts, but there’s a link in the previous article that I don’t want you to miss concerning your post workout meal.
