Today’s WOD:

5 rounds for time of:
40 Double Unders
15 HSPU’s

I told you the jump rope was coming. We’re going to see a lot more skill intensive movements popping up in the WOD’s over the next couple months so please be sure the drill them in your warm-up or after workout time. We use practice time to learn and improve movements while WOD time is the opportunity to showcase your new skills. I’ve seen a lot of people working on their double unders on almost a daily basis and I love seeing it. Keep it up!
