This week’s skill: Turkish Get Up. This is a movement that we typically do with a kettle bell, but if you want to do it with more weight, use a barbell!

The one-handed hand stand isn’t exactly what I’d call a “functional” movement (unless you are a waiter?), but it sure does look cool.
