Today’s WOD:

Back Squat Ladder
With a weighted barbell (65#/45#), complete one back squat during minute one, two during minute two, three during three, etc. until the number of back squats can not be completed within the allotted time.

Last completed on 10/6/08 and 5/6/08 before that.
