The hang power snatch and overhead squat complex represents 1 repetition. Sounds confusing, but don’t worry, it will all become clear at the workout.

Schedule for the US Central East Regionals + Sectionals. The sectionals that we go to are in Annandale, VA on March 27-28. Competitors AND spectators have to register, so if you want to do either, make sure to register! Registration is supposed to open on Monday, December 21st and I will be sure to post the registration info when it becomes available.
