You already know that You Can’t Out-Train a Bad Diet and you also know that we have a Performance Nutrition Challenge coming up. Nothing new there. Depending on how long you’ve been with us, you know that I like to babble on and on about your nutrition. Those posts are buried underneath days and days worth of posts and are scattered just like my brain. Starting next Monday, I’ll be re-posting revised versions of my previous bloggings. They will be bigger, badder, and deffer. So watch out.
