A couple of people have asked me how I go about constructing my meals and what I use for sugar substitutes (I use Blue Agave) along with other general nutrition questions. We’ll be putting together some meals/snacks that are easy to make and eat and we’ll post them for everyone to peruse. Happy Fried-day.
