Our first Elements Class recently finished up their last session and they were kind enough to pose for a picture. Holy crap, girls! What your friendly neighborhood trainers tell you about lifting heavy weights to get toned (I got linked by a soon to be Dr. friend, you have her to thank) actually has science to back it up! Get out there and move some heavy things around!
