Back Squat

Practice your double unders so you don’t whip the crap out of your arms and legs when it’s time to work out. Practice them as part of your warm up. It’s a great way to get the blood flowing.

A max effort lift day should be as taxing on your body as a chipper that takes 30 minutes. It should not take you 10 minutes to complete an MEx1. Lift something heavy today.
