Overhead Squat


10 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
20 Tuck Jumps

It’s 11 PM, I just got home, and I need to go to bed, but I want to make sure everyone hears a little something about our Regionals experience (I’ll write a full recap in the coming days).

If we could give out trophies for all-star performances, I think that the boys would unanimously vote that Kat and Mackenzie out shined and out-starred all of us. These. Girls. Were. Awesome. They took on 3 CrossFit workouts on Friday. THREE… THREE! You know how you feel after just one workout? These girls went out there and killed multiple WODs without batting an eyelash. They did chest to bar pull-ups, they lifted heavy things, and they ran a 5K and climbed a hill that most people would shy away from without some type of safety harness and they did it with a sandbag. This hill literally caused competitors to quit mid-WOD. But our girls? They soldiered on unwaveringly. I know I speak for everyone on our team and at our gym when I say that we can not be prouder. Kat and Mackenzie, you are an inspiration to all of us, thank you for letting us be a part of your team.
