I try to provide you all with good CrossFit related information every day, but sometimes I don’t find anything worthy of linking. So where do you go for your CrossFit fix? A good place to start would be the CrossFit Journal. It’s not exactly a scientific journal, but there are some smart people out there writing and submitting articles. It costs $25 annually; that’s one weekend of going out. Save your money and do something worthwhile for yourself.
