John does a lot of things at the gym besides training. He’s also a demolition-man. And Matt has impeccable observational technique.

I’m going to give people the benefit of the doubt and hope that they aren’t cherry picking your workouts (like skipping the 5K yesterday). If you see a workout that you don’t like when you visit our website, don’t type our url into the address bar of your browser until after you’ve worked out. Just come to the gym ready for anything.

Chances are, if you don’t like what you see on the internet, it’s exactly the kind of workout you need to do most. If you want to be the best CrossFitter and healthiest person that you can possibly be, come in to the gym and do whatever is posted on the white board.
