Thank you again to all the athletes and spectators that came out and helped us make the Open kickoff a success. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to host cookouts every Saturday due to time and logistics. However, we would still like to encourage people to come out and show our athletes some support. Imbibing beverages post workout is just fine with us as well. Basically, if you want to come see the workouts and stick around after, that’s fine with us.

I totally geek out over anatomy and biomechanics and when I stumbled across this site, I was naturally excited. If you’re ever curious about specific muscles and what they do, this is a nice little resource to use for your own learning purposes.
