Back Squat

1 minute Deadhang Pull-Ups

1 minute Ring Dips

How many walking steps do you take on a daily basis? What about if you subtract out what you do at the gym? It’s a scary thought that all the desk jockeys out there could be taking fewer than a couple hundred steps on a daily basis. Think about it: wake up, walk to car, walk inside the work building, ride elevator, sit at desk, multiply times 2 to get back home. For most, it doesn’t add up to much. Our bodies definitely aren’t designed for that.
