Have you ever been curious about Crossfit but have questions or concerns keeping you from trying it out?
This Saturday, February 21st, we will be hosting a Crossfit Kickstart class at 10:30am. This is a no pressure, workout-optional introduction to Crossfit, giving you time to learn about our program and ask the questions that are most important to you.
We will be going over topics such as:
What is Crossfit?
What kind of equipment do you use?
How fast do results happen?
Is it like a bootcamp? How is it different?
What should I wear to my first class? Should I bring anything special?
Is Crossfit dangerous?
Can anyone do Crossfit?
How should you eat when doing Crossfit?
What can I expect during a class?
This information session will include a tour of the gym, and conclude with an optional workout appropriate for all skill levels. This class is FREE so make sure to bring anyone that has wondered about Crossfit!
