As a new measure here at CrossFit RVA we are releasing both sets of workouts for our CrossFit and RVA Fit members!
This allows people that are injured, who travel each week, or have different rest days each week can plan their week out accordingly. Use this as a reference only please not to be used as an excuse to do workouts early or at times not specified.
