Saturday, November 7th, we will be having our next community event of the year, and the second Burpees and Brunch!!
The schedule will be as follows:
9am: CrossFit Community Workout
*All skill levels welcomed
*FREE!!
*Bring someone with you!
10:15am: Brunch Starts!
*Eggs, Bacon, Fruit, and Drinks!
*Mimosas, Bloody Marys!
Remember to bring a friend or family member to workout and eat with!
We will be posting a “what to bring” list on the backboard next week.
