Open Schedule running February 19th – March 25th.

Thursday February 22nd, March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd

  • No 7:30pm Class
  • Open Gym 7:30pm-8:30pm
  • 18.1/2/3/4/5 Watch party 8pm Turf Side

Saturday February 24th and March 3rd

  • No CrossFit Classes
  • Open workout starting 9am
  • Open gym 8:30am – 10:15am Turf Side

Saturday March 10th, 17th, 24th

  • 8am CrossFit Class Only
  • Open workout starting 9am
  • Open gym 8:00am – 10:15am Turf Side



Members and Athletes:


Tonight, Thursday February 22nd – 8pm

  • 18.1 release watch party at the gym!
  • Come in early (7:30pm), we will be in the weightlifting area


Friday, February 23rd – Noon-1pm

  • First heats of 18.1 going down!
  • No set heat list, show up and we will workout
  • Workout room TBA, depends on the needs of the workout.


***Heat list will be sent out on Friday. This will be emailed to everyone signed up for the Open as well as shared in the group.***
Note: Remember you must Judge someone before you go. First heat will be decided by me.


Saturday, February 24th

  • 9am – Final briefing for athletes and judges. You should be warm and ready to rock by now if you are in the first few heats
  • 9:15am – First heat of the day commences!
  • 11am – We will start grilling food. Meat and Meatless options with be available as well as alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
  • 1pm – Wrap things up


Monday, February 26th – 6:30pm-8pm

  • Redos and Make ups
  • Turf Side
  • Warm up on CF side/out of the way of RVA Fit
