Join us on Tuesdays at 4:30pm, starting on April 10th for Mobility.
Nicole’s class will be focused on common tension areas, correct posture, and performance based flexibility.
Yoga classes will be held on Sundays starting April 15th at 11:00am.
Virginia will be taking classes through a relaxing flow to help ease the mind and body after a full week of training.
Free for all members, $15 per class for non-members.
