1. As stated in our membership contract, you may cancel if you become physically unable to use a substantial portion of the gym’s services for 30 or more consecutive days
  2. You also have the option to put your membership on hold for 14-60 days for any reason. You may do so HERE.
  3. A penalty equal to two monthly payments can be paid to immediately cancel the contract, voiding any future payments. This notice must be given at least 14 calendar days in advance of your next scheduled bill.
  4. There is no penalty for month-to-month memberships, but notice must still be given 14 calendar days in advance of the next payment date.
