STEP 1: ATTEND A FREE INTRO SESSION

Everyone who is interested in joining participates in a free consultation before they commit. This way we’ll know how we can best help you!

During your Intro session we will talk to you about what you’re looking for and figure out how we can best help you. By the end of the session, we’re confident you’ll know which of our programs is the right fit for you.

We will match you up with the perfect Coach for your needs and goals and get you set up with the membership that works best for you.

  • Show up ready to ask questions

    Get a taste of RVA Performance Training and bring all your loaded questions – we’re ready with answers!

  • Show up in person or connect via Zoom

    If you have signed up for an in-person Intro, simply show up a few minutes early to our facility.

    For Online Intros, as soon as you register you’ll receive a link to the call. Add it to your calendar and simply click on the link a few minutes before your meeting! Make sure your camera is turned on.

STEP 2: START GROUP OR PRIVATE TRAINING

After your Intro you’ll join our Online Group Classes or begin Online Personal Coaching sessions.

These instructor-led classes will have you training with like-minded people who are on a similar fitness level as yourself.

Keep in mind that no matter who is teaching your class, you’ll always have a coach you’re partnered with available to reach out to when you need. That person will always be available to discuss issues, answer questions and ultimately hold you accountable for your goals.
