Online Group Coaching

Online Group Coaching is the backbone of what we do at RVA Performance Training

Through our online platform we provide daily workout videos with expert instruction, multiple Online Group Classes every weekday, and a weekly coaching check-in with every member.

You will learn the basics of proper movement, using the tools you have at home to help you achieve your goals.

We employ the foundational elements of CrossFit to achieve incredible results with limited time and equipment.

What is CrossFit?

Short

Online Group Classes last an hour, including warm-up, instruction, skill work, and the workout.

Intense

CrossFit uses movements which are executed at an intensity which are unsustainable over an extended period of time. By maintaining a high level of intensity in your workouts relative to your fitness level, you'll get the most out of your time in the gym.

Varied

Workouts will not be repeated within a 1-2 month period. Even the movements in your workouts vary greatly from day to day. Not only will your workouts never become monotonous, but the highly-varied nature of CrossFit workouts keep you constantly adapting and your fitness improving.

Measured

CrossFit workouts are frequently performed with a running clock or some kind of scoring system. You’re more inclined to perform if given a goal to shoot for, or someone to compete with. Your performance is recorded and compared over a period of time to gauge progress.
 

FREE ONE ON ONE INTRO

Feel free to bring a friend or partner and during your Intro session we will talk to you about your fitness goals, walk you through the CrossFit RVA program and let you participate in a private fitness session. By the end of the session, we’re confident you’ll know how RVA Performance Training can best fit your needs. No strings attached and the consultation is always free.
