Regardless of the program you choose, as a member of RVA Performance Training, you invest in your health and fitness goals.
At Adams Performance Physical Therapy, we understand the demands of your training and we won’t tell you to stop doing the things that you love. Our goal is to keep you healthy so that you can achieve optimal health through fitness.
Our patients will receive transparent experiences with a goal of fewer visits and less money spent than traditional PT services. We know your time is valuable so we offer individualized, one-on-one treatments to allow us to discover the true root of your symptoms so that you can recover and stay active.
Through our own athletic experiences and backgrounds, we will provide you with performance-based physical therapy to not only reduce your pain and limitations, but to keep you performing at your best both in and out of the gym.
Why Adams Performance Physical Therapy at RVA Performance Training?
Day-to-day training can take a toll on your body. We won’t tell you to simply avoid an activity or movement, but help you get back to what you enjoy.
Stay in the Gym
Avoid the inconvenience of going to another facility. Whether you have knee pain that limits your squat or a shoulder injury that won’t allow you to press overhead, we’ll watch how you move in the same environment you already train in.
Individualized, one-on-one sessions allows us to provide high quality care in the way we feel is most effective for you. This results in a faster recovery and seamless transition from rehab back to training.
Our treatments are centered around your goals with an emphasis on patient education about your injury, how to manage it more independently, and prevention of recurrence. This, along with a comprehensive home treatment plan will result in fewer visits and overall lower costs.
Having trouble with a movement in the gym or just want to feel better? Whether you have an old nagging injury, feel like you can't quite get into a position for movements you do everyday, or want to build a more resilient body to prevent injuries in the future, this program is for you! Performance Programs are best performed as a warm-up to your everyday workout routine to better prepare you to perform your best.
