What to Expect in Your First Class

We know the first step can be the hardest, so here’s exactly what you’ll experience when you walk in!
  • Arrive and Warm-Up
    Meet your coach and start moving. Our warm-up will get you sweating and prepare you for the workout.
  • The Workout
    High-energy circuit mixing cardio, weights, and bodyweight exercises. Your coach will go over every movement with the group, and give you individualized coaching so you can safely focus on your workout.
  • Community
    Take your time to hang out and get to know the other RVA Fit members after a tough workout. Every single classs ends with our “3 Fit Claps on 3”
