On Saturday, September 27th we’ll be holding another free group workout at 4pm, followed by a cookout later in the afternoon, starting around 5:30pm. If you’re coming BRING A FRIEND! Everyone who came out last time who wasn’t a member then, has since signed up, so this seems to be a great way to introduce your friends to CrossFit in a relaxed, easy-going setting.
Also, if you can bring anything, food(meat), tasty beverages(beer), or plates, utensils, etc… let us know by posting to comments what you’d like to bring.
