• Drop-ins are intended for out of town guests and those who would like to try our program a few more times past a free trial class before signing up.
  • Please contact us at before registering for a Performance or Barbell Drop-in.
  • For our Performance classes, it's expected that you have 6+ months experience at a CrossFit or similar training program.
  • For our Barbell program, you must have been coached at an established olympic weightlifting program for at least 6 months
  • Make sure you fill out your waiver through Zen Planner when registering for your drop-in.
  • Please arrive a few minutes to make sure you find us ok and meet your coach for the day!
