To participate in the Richmond Affiliate Gathering, athletes need to register here.
On Saturday, June 26th, we’ll be holding a gathering of the local Richmond, VA CrossFit affiliates. The gathering will include three workouts and a cookout. Workouts will start at 10:00am, the cookout will follow the last workout.
The workouts are:
1. AMRAP 7: 5 Ground to Overhead (155#/95#), 7 Pull-Ups, 10 Box Jumps (24″/20″). Approx start time for first heat is 10:15am.
2. 2k Row. Approx start time for first heat is 11:45am.
3. 5 Rounds: 400m Run, 10 Deadlifts (225#/155#. Approx start time for the first heat is 2pm.
-All workouts can be scaled as needed. Athletes can participate in as few or many workouts as they would like. We’ll keep score by points placing to determine the top male and female athlete of the day.
