Biggest accomplishment in the gym so far:
Drinking Four Loko with Ryan P and living to tell about it-just kidding (but that really did happen). I’d have to say meeting all the advanced standards on the last CrossFit total day because I had really been working basics and flexibility hard to try to meet those requirements.
What do you want to accomplish next in the gym:
Muscle-ups are the next step for me, so if you see me doing weird things on the rings pre-workout it’s because I’m working toward those.
Favorite WOD/lift:
Jake’s Strongman day and CrossFit total day are tied for my favorite.
I have always wanted to:
Fly fish in Montana/Alaska.
1 word people use to describe me:
Modest. I reference the Batman underoo incident during Endurance. Outside of the gym I like to: Play dentist.
Something nobody knows about me or would be surprised to know about me:
I took voice lessons for a couple years when I was younger…I still question that decision to this day.
Favorite physical activity outside of CrossFit:
Long drive competitions and golf in general.
Favorite place to eat in Richmond:
I’m still trying to figure this out. I basically shoot for places that turn into bars at night or places where hippies tend to congregate.
