What is Performance RVA?
Performance RVA is a 60‑minute group class designed for those who want to be stronger and better conditioned. We integrate elements from powerlifting, Olympic-style lifting, bodybuilding, and gymnastics into a cohesive program that improves functional movement and fitness for real life. You’ll benefit from structured progression, varied workouts, and ongoing support in every class.
How We Train
Big 3
Squat, Push, Pull
Classes feature foundational strength lifts like the squat, bench, deadlift, and beyond. Our coaches guide you through thoughtfully designed strength cycles, helping you lift heavier and move better, safely and effectively.
Build
Accessory & Skill Work
Support your strength with accessory training that includes bodybuilding and pre-hab movements as well as focused skill work to improve gymnastics and coordination.
Burn
High-Intensity Conditioning
Finish with conditioning that challenges your cardiovascular endurance while giving you a chance to apply your strength and new skills. Sessions include benchmarks and performance tracking so you can gauge improvement over time.
