<175, Open Lightweight (176-200, 201-231), Heavyweight (232-265, 265+) Novice (200/201+), Women (140/141-160/161+), Master (231/232+) TEAM CONTEST:
The team portion of the contest is optional, and is calculated as a combination of individual scores. This is a platinum level individual contest with an additional team component. All teams must have at least 1 Woman or Master Athlete. Novice cannot compete on an open team. Teams must have 2-5 total athletes.
TEAM SELECTION:
To compete in a team division, a team representative (“Team Captain”) must submit the team name with a roster of up to 5 names to credit toward their team’s score. Team entries must be submitted before the rules briefing.
TEAM PLACING
The final team score is the sum of the team members’ final scores within their broadest competitive field, typically referred to as their “Overall Division”. The team placing is ordered by team score from highest to lowest.

All NAS weight classes with 5 or more registered competitors
EVENTS: Axle Press for reps, Farmers Walk, Max 18” Deadlift, Yoke/Tire Medley, Stone Series

All contested weight classes and divisions will receive awards TBD; Teams will be awarded separately. The First Place Team wins $500! See page 4 for details.
