Wrapping up our discussion on Advanced class programming, we’re down to the details.
Who should do the Advanced Programming?
You need to meet the following criteria:
- A sincere desire to be a badass.
- Training for AT LEAST one year with us
- Stalled out on strength gains
- Attending the gym consistently each week
- Mine(Jake) or John’s approval
What are the rules?
- You must attend consistently
- Cannot hop in and out of the programming. You either do all Advanced workouts, or none. I don’t care how cool Thursday’s chipper looks.
- To reiterate – you shouldn’t doing extra work outside of skill work at all unless we’ve told you to.
- You must warm-up with the group class, as well as do their instruction/skill portion. Even if it isn’t relevant to your workout that day. Every time.
Give me the details!
- Begins 9/10
- Advanced class participants will be part of a closed Facebook group. Programming will be distributed through the group.
- This is alternate programming only.
- There is no guaranteed additional instruction. By all means, we’ll help you guys out as much as we can, but only do this if you feel fairly comfortable with most of your movements. We’re counting on the general skill level and experience of participants to help each other out.
- We’ll be loosely following Outlaw initially. We want to get a better feel for how it works for folks, and will need to adjust for the structure of a group class. It clearly works well for a lot of people. Long term, we’re getting together info to better understand the needs of each of you specifically, as well as the group as a whole, and will adjust the programming as needed.
If you want to participate, e-mail/Facebook me or John, and we’ll discuss. Please post questions below so that everyone can see them.
