It’s Fall, it’s October, and there are a lot of new things happening at the gym. We’ll be starting our new afternoon hours today. Classes will start at 3:30 PM and will run at 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM (Advanced), and 7:30 PM. Mornings will stay exactly the same.

Our new Elements class is starting on Tuesday. Say hello to the new folks if you happen to catch them at the 6:30 PM time slot. And last, but certainly not least, we’ll be canceling our Flexibility and Mobility class due to scheduling conflicts. We’ll miss you, Gaynell!
