Advanced WOD:

Power Snatch

then

Overhead Squat
Max reps at 80% of the triple above

then

AMRAP 9:
10 Box Step-Ups (24 kg/16 kg)
10 Toes to Bar
250M Row

I’m not sure if I should write “Toes to Bars” or leave it without the “s” at the end. Can I get a ruling on that, grammar police?

The lovely Valerie (and our local Lululemon-ite) organized a free yoga session for any and all CrossFitters. It will be starting up on Saturday from 10am to 11am after we wrap up our regular 9AM WOD. Be there.
