Advanced WOD:

3 Position Snatch (Floor, Knee, Mid-Thigh)
65% x 2, 70% x 3

then

Back Squat
4×4 @ 75%

then

3 rounds, untimed:
35′ Farmers Walk (as heavy as possible)
Sandbag (100#/50#) or Keg (200#/160#) Press for reps
