Today kicks off our ramp up to sectionals for the advanced class. We’ll be throwing in some monster metcons while continuing to improve our lifts. Coming to the 6:30 PM class is recommended for competitive purposes. Although this specific training is for the advanced group only, we want to encourage any and every one to participate in sectionals. Every last one of our members can contribute in some way.
Today also kicks off our Monument 10K training. In honor of our endurance team returning to the floor, here’s a story about a runner rising from injury through CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance training.
