CrossFit has a way of exposing your mental and physical weaknesses and it is up to you to take on the challenge of getting better. We’re seeing a lot of people with tight crunchy bits at the gym and that’s okay. You aren’t a limber and supple 5 year old any more, but you are an adult who should want to tap into your full potential. Unleash your inner child and become a mobility ninja. You are absolutely allowed to mobilize outside of our regularly scheduled class time. In fact, we encourage it. If our regular mobility sessions expose something tight, get it loose. You know your body best, you know what’s tight, you know what to do.
