Rest 3 minutes.

30 Wall Balls

Advanced WOD:

6 Rounds:
1 minute to complete 15 Kettlebell Swings (32 kg/24 kg)
1 minute of a max distance row

Alternate between movements for a total of 12 minutes.

Kakonomics and what the hell is has to do with you. All too often we find ourselves in jobs or situations in which we have no reason to perform our best or exceed expectations. In essence, we prefer to put forth a low quality effort to receive a reciprocal low quality congratulations and thanks. Low quality goods for low quality payment. Why not low quality goods for high quality payment? You’ll have to read the article and some corresponding commentary to figure out why. Where in the world am I heading with this philosophical commentary on the state of humanity and why is it important? Well, mediocrity sucks and an apathetic attitude about it sucks even more. We train at the gym because it’s fun and we enjoy it. We train because we want to be the best humans we can be, re-evolving, if you will.

Don’t get sucked in to the vortex of mediocrity in anything you do, put forth your best effort day in and out and go to bed happy.
