As many of you are aware, we’ve merged our advanced and regular programming. We are programming with the intent that only ~10%-15% of our athletes can complete a workout exactly as written. This is a good example of a workout that will require more than a couple months experience and clearly, this is a heavy one. Heed the advice of the trainer on staff and scale wisely knowing that this should be a doozy. Buena suerte.
