Snatch Balance


In teams of four, move the prowler 800M with 45# on each arm.

The snatch balance rep scheme indicates that you have eight attempts to work up to and achieve a heavy single/pr. Try to get to your heaviest attempts by rep 5 or 6 so that 7 and 8 can be built in back ups. If you feel that you have maxed out before you reach rep 8, take some moderately heavy reps until you finish off your 8.
