Carry in a back squat position (2000#/1000#) for 50M.
Complete 10 Push-Ups every time the bar is dropped.
Yeah, I didn’t know what the meant at first either. I’m going to use the men’s weight as an example. The basic idea is that you have to move 2000# worth of weight for a total of 50M. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that loading 2000# on your back is out of the question, so let’s pick a more reasonable number, say, 100#. If you have a barbell loaded with 100#, you have to travel a total of 1km. If you choose to load a barbell with 50#, you have to travel 2km. Your weight multiplied by your distance traveled will equal 100,000 “pound meters”. I just made up a new unit (and the metric gods are angry). Ladies, your weight multiplied by distance will equal 50,000.
It’s not as complicated as it looks, show up to the gym and we’ll make it clear for you (like always).

Blood, sweat, and tears were shed at Team SuperFit this past weekend. If you missed it, shame on you. We’ve got a couple groups of people to thank, so bear with me. First and foremost, we would like to thank the judges and volunteers for their time and commitment. Without you, this event would not have been possible. Another well deserved standing ovation goes out to you. You guys were awesome! We would also like to thank the good folks over at CrossFit Charlottesville for teaming up with us to put on this fantastic event. Thank you, too, to our judge overseers/MC’s Andrew and Brett for keeping things running smoothly and laying down the law as necessary.
To the competitors: don’t be strangers if you happen to be passing through Richmond and hopefully we’ll see you again next year!
