Keep track of those 5 rep numbers, everyone; we’re going to be referencing them a lot in the coming weeks. Ideally, you shouldn’t be missing many reps on the strength days. If you are, make sure you let a trainer know so that we can adjust your weights accordingly. We’re looking to make everyone a bit stronger, so let us know if things are wacky!
