Double unders are becoming less of a problem at the gym, which is awesome. I know they aren’t perfect yet, but keep practicing! For this workout, we’re going to be strict on our sit-up standards. In order to do this workout as prescribed, the soles of your feet need to stay together, your butt stays on the ground, shoulders touch the ground on the back side, and hands stay across the chest. We know that makes the workout a lot harder, but you don’t come to the gym for easy so do it right.
